COSTS: "What's Included"

CONFERENCE FEES:
* $880 Private Room (you may share a room with a non-conference guest)
* $710 Double Occupancy (choose your roommate until June 15, 2018)
* $499 Commuter (includes everything except the room)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
* Three nights at the INN at Gig Harbor (Wed-Fri nights, Sept 26-28, 2018). 
* Wednesday evening pre-conference "Welcome Gathering" with appetizers
* Conference classes runs Thursday 9:00 am through Saturday 5:00 pm
* Discussion groups, Workshops and Sharing times Thursday and Friday 6:45-9:00 pm 
* Wonderful gifts and door prizes 
* Eight delicious meals on site 

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
* Transportation to The Inn at Gig Harbor. (Hourly shuttle service is available between Seattle/Tacoma airport and the INN at Gig Harbor, about a 30 minute ride). For details visit: www.kitsapairporter.com. Out-of-town guests should plan on arriving Wednesday 
* Your own rug braiding projects and tools (supplies will be available for purchase) 
* Notification to us of special dietary or other needs 
* Your own personal items such as pajamas and toothbrush 
* If you are new to braiding, please let us know! We will have beginners supply kits available for purchase or provide you with a list of supplies needed. 

DATES TO REMEMBER:
* APRIL 15, 2018:   Deposit of $200 due on or before this date to reserve your spot! 
* JUNE  15, 2018:   Balance due

REFUND / CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
Deposit is refundable, less a $100 administrative fee up to June 15, 2018
There is no refund given for cancellations after June 15, 2018
